These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://brimcove.com/ and all link building services provided by BrimCove (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide manual, white-hat link building services including (but not limited to):

  • Guest posting
  • Niche edits / link insertions
  • Managed link building campaigns
  • SaaS link building
  • Brand mentions
  • Blogger outreach
  • Other custom link acquisition services

All placements are done through manual outreach only — we do not use PBNs, automated tools, bots, link farms, or any black-hat/gray-hat methods.

2. Order Process & Delivery

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment (or deposit, when applicable).
  • We provide realistic time estimates. Most orders take 4–12 weeks depending on package, niche difficulty, and publisher response times.
  • We deliver editorial placements on real websites that meet our quality criteria: DR 30+, 1,000+ organic monthly traffic, relevant audience, permanent & dofollow links (unless otherwise agreed), no spam indicators.
  • We provide a report with live links, screenshots, metrics, and relevant details upon completion.
  • All links are intended to be indexed by Google, but indexing is controlled by search engines and not guaranteed.

3. Replacement Policy

If a placed link is removed or lost within 6 months of publication for reasons outside of Google deindexing or site penalty, we will replace it free of charge (one replacement per link) provided you notify us within 7 days of discovery.

4. Payment

  • All fees are quoted in USD and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required in advance (full or deposit) via the secure methods displayed on our site.
  • You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or duties.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (URLs, keywords, anchors, niche details, etc.)
  • Supply content when required (or approve content we create)
  • Not request links on spammy, illegal, adult, gambling, or prohibited niches unless previously agreed
  • Not share login credentials or sensitive data unnecessarily
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

6. No Guarantees of Rankings or Traffic

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Certain traffic increases
  • Link indexing timelines
  • Immunity from algorithm updates

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control (Google algorithms, site authority, content quality, competition, etc.).

7. Confidentiality

We treat your project details and business information as confidential and use them only to deliver the ordered services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrimCove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BrimCove harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your website content, trademark infringement, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if we believe an order violates our policies, is unlawful, or harms our reputation.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law
